Adding value to your home

The client was debating whether to completely raze and rebuild the top floor of a substantial home or to extend the first floor to fully match the ground floor outline, with a partial intervention to the existing part of the building. In the end the latter was opted for. The whole project was carried out while the owners continued living in the building, which meant a particularly careful approach to site-management and construction crews.

Design and modelling in 3D may still seem a luxury but it saves time and mistakes in the long run.
